Dr. Mandeep Sarkaria
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mandeep Sarkaria co-established Intellect Solutions LLC., an award-winning professional services and technology solutions firm founded in 2003. Her career has encompassed roles in leadership, executive management, business development/capture, company growth, corporate development, technology solution development, decision-making, and problem solving. She oversees strategic finance, accounting, all aspects of the contract life cycle, human resources, security, pricing, business operations, and facilities. She has strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFAR), DCAA/ DCMA regulations and agency/corporate policies. She directs, monitors, and administers activities and policies related to the company’s financial position. Dr. Sarkaria began her Information Technology career with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) where she worked on the design and implementation of an Electronic Health Record. Dr. Sarkaria has excellent management and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of DoD Agency technical and business environments.
Dr. Sunny Singh
Chief Operation Officer
Dr. Sunny Singh is a founding member and is a part of the Intellect Solutions’ executive team. He is a key decision maker in the management, architecture and development of numerous client/server applications, as well as web-based applications, including medical data records. He oversees sales and business development, commercial cloud product development, financial, legal and regulatory affairs, human resources, marketing, security policy, and communications. As an industry innovator and results-driven entrepreneur, Dr. Singh has built an award-winning business that engineers and delivers technical, problem solving solutions while fostering lasting partnerships with industry leaders. Dr. Singh has excellent management and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of DoD technical and organizational environments. In addition to his Doctoral and Master’s degrees, he holds a Secret clearance, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, holds an ITIL certification and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Dr. Shankar Khepar
Executive Vice President
Dr. Shankar Khepar serves as Intellect Solutions Executive Vice President, responsible for business development and capture, and is tasked to lead and improve company growth by leveraging Intellect Solutions’ core capabilities and exceptional past performance across a diverse customer base. He is a result-oriented, dedicated professional with over 30+ years’ experience in Information Technology including all aspects of Business Development initiatives with demonstrated success in the implementation and management of business solutions. Dr. Khepar obtained his Doctorate Degree (PhD) in System Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, one of the country’s premier institutions.
Meenakshi Sharma
Chief Technology Officer
Meenakshi Sharma serves as Chief Technology Officer, leading Solution Strategy that aligns technological capabilities with customer needs. She is responsible for identifying technology platforms, innovations, partnerships needed to deliver best fit solutions that provide value to both stakeholders and users of the system. She has an extensive experience in application modernization, enterprise content management, business process automation, cloud solutions, data management and ERP software. Prior to joining Intellect Solutions, she served as an Enterprise Architect at the George Washington University. She has also worked for several federal agencies leading the development and delivery of software solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Punjabi University, India and an MBA from GWU School of Business. She is also a TOGAF, AWS, ITIL, JAVA certified professional.
AnneMarie Aftenii (PMP, ITIL, CSM, CSPO )
Chief Delivery Officer (CDO)
AnneMarie brings extensive experience in program management and business operations, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Her career has focused on supporting Federal Government clients, including the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Department of State, among many others. She has led several mission-critical initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and driven operational improvements to align them with strategic goals. In addition to all of her experience, AnneMarie has a master's degree in international relations and holds several certifications including: PMP, ITIL, CSM, and CSPO.
Harish Kunshetty
Chief Data Officer (CDO)
Harish Kunshetty serves as the Chief Data Officer with a focus on Customer Success and Innovation at Intellect, where he drives a customer-centric culture across federal engagements and provides strategic leadership to deliver impactful outcomes. He leads the launch of Intellect's Adaptive Solutions Studio, an innovation hub dedicated to developing and piloting scalable solutions for federal clients. Harish champions a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation, leveraging modern technologies, design thinking, and agile methodologies to advance innovation. He holds a Master of Science degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has been a featured speaker at prominent venues, including Indiana University's School of Informatics and industry conferences such as IBM and TDWI, where he shares practical insights on the application of AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
